Q. What is the meaning of Casalinga?
A. Casalinga means homemade in Italian.
Q. Can anyone order from Casalinga Food Services?
A. Yes anyone can order, from singles, students, bachelors, families to retired couples.
We make meals everyone can enjoy!
Q. Are you registered with Veterans Affairs Canada?
A. Yes we are registered with Veterans Affairs Canada and we always welcome new customers. Just supply us with your "K" number and we will set you up immediately for home delivery.
Q. Are there minimum quantities I have to order?
A. There is no minimum or Maximum quantities to order.
Q. When I order do I need to click on the pickup or delivery button?
A. yes you need to click on the appropriate button, if you click on the pickup button it will waive the $5.00 delivery fee for orders you pickup under $40.00.
Q. Can I pay by C.O.D. or Cheque when I order online?
A. Yes there is two different ordering methods when you order online.
- If you click the box to the right on the check out page. It will give you the option to pay by cash, cheque or Veteran (click Veteran if you are registered with Veteran's Affairs Canada)
- if you click the box on the left on the check out page. It will give you the option of paying by credit card
Q. Can I pay by credit card when I order online?
A. Yes there is two different ordering methods when you pay by credit card.
- If you have a Paypal account, you can pay Through your Paypal account (you can pay by any credit card or pay with your Paypal account for quicker checkout)
- If you don't have a Paypal account, you can just fill out your information and check out like any other online credit card processing.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes we deliver to most areas in the Lower Mainland right to your door, check out our delivery schedule days and times. If you do not see your area listed on our delivery page please give us a call to see if we can deliver to your area.
Minimum order for free delivery is $40.00 to most areas , any order under $40.00 there is a $5.00 delivery charge.
Q.How often do you deliver?
A. We deliver once a week to Greater Vancouver. Every second week to Abbotsford, Chilliwack & Greater Victoria

Q.Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes you can pick up your order at our office at 7624 Winston Street, Burnaby. Please give minimum 1 days notice so we can put your order together
Q.What areas do you deliver?
A.We deliver to the following areas: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Surrey, South Surrey, North Delta, Cloverdale, White Rock, Langley, Fort Langley, Tsawwassen, Ladner, Richmond, Abbotsford, Chilliwack & Greater Victoria.
Q. Is there a minimum time frame for delivery service?
A. Yes In order to guarantee delivery. All orders must be placed 2 business days prior to your area delivery date
Q. How large are the meals?
A. We have all sizes of meals to fit you or your families needs
- Entrees that are a 3 portion complete meal.
- Individual meals are a single portion meal.
- Family Meals are large enough to feed a family of 2 children & 2 Adults
- Hungry Man Meals are large portion meals for 1-2 heavy eaters
- Gluten Free Meals are single portions of our very healthy meals
- Fresh Salads are single portion salads made Fresh daily
- Fresh Sandwiches are sandwiches, wraps, Croissant made Fresh daily
- Soups are large enough portions to fill you up with one serving
Q. How long does it take to prepare meals at home?
A. You can microwave or cook the meals in the oven.
Microwave takes usually 3-4 minutes. (this is from frozen -best result are when you thaw them out first)
Oven cooking may take up to 30 minutes
Q. Are the meals Frozen?
A. Yes Meals are frozen, they are cooked daily, kept in freezers and frozen for delivery
Q. Do you have fresh items?
A. Yes we make a large selection of fresh pies, Sandwiches, Salads & Rotisserie Chicken
Q. Do you have Gluten Free Meals?
A. Yes we are very large selection of Gluten Free Meals

Q. Do I need to sign up or sign a contract?
A. Absolutely not, there is no contacts, no fees. we just enjoy serving you
