Patricia Bell and Dustin Coelho like to say that cabbage rolls are the one food that has everything on Canada’s Food Guide except for dairy. Their goal is to bring their cabbage rolls to store shelves everywhere. Though they had no sales, the entrepreneurs entered the Den with a proven recipe, solid reviews from their test market and a commitment and vision to share their home-made, healthy cabbage rolls.
